Terms of use:

• The voucher can only be used based on an email reservation with the attached voucher. The provision of services is subject to availability, and the reservation is confirmed only after written confirmation of the selected date. The voucher is valid for one year from the date of purchase, except for TOP season dates as defined in the standard price list. Check-in is possible from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival; check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
• The voucher price includes a local tourist tax of €3/person/night.
